US bars investments in some Chinese firms

The week has been filled with positive vaccine-related news even though the US has shattered yet another Covid-19 record and cases are surging worldwide. And, although the Trump administration is drawing to a close, they seem to be ramping up tensions even further with China. The US has now imposed a ban on investment in certain Chinese firms.
