US Homeless. The Fight for Equality

Ocean County is one of the many places in the United States without a full-time shelter for the homeless. Minister Steve Brigham describes the situation as a “terrible shame” and was quoted as saying, “there is no shelter for them to go to...they have to sleep out in the woods.”

As the cost of living and inflation spike in the US, the quality of life for a wide spectrum of Americans has declined. The lack of affordable housing and inadequate policies to address the issue have left vulnerable individuals in dire conditions.
