FULL SHOW: Venezuela signs oil deals, wins gold appeal

The Venezuelan Constituent Assembly has approved a law to sign new oil deals and President Nicolas Maduro's government has won a UK appeal over Venezuelan gold. RT America’s Rachel Blevins reports. The United States has introduced a new round of sanctions against Iran. This time, the sanctions target Iran’s financial institutions. While the US government insists the initiative is to stop funds from being used for what it calls “malign activities,” some say it will do more harm than good. Meanwhile, the Arctic North is heating up as the world’s superpowers compete to build the largest and most powerful ships, known as “icebreakers.” The United States is pondering how to keep an eye on China and Russia while making sure the only two icebreakers it has on hand remain in operation.
