A new strain of COVID-19 which is up to 70 percent more transmissible than previously known strains of the novel coronavirus has emerged in the UK. A growing list of countries are banning travel to the UK as the government struggles to contain the still-mysterious new form of coronavirus, which UK officials admit is "out of control." According to US officials, a recent cyberattack against the US resulted in the breach of at least six federal agencies, including the Departments of Homeland Security, Agriculture, Commerce, Energy and State. It also compromised a number of private companies, including Microsoft. There seems to be a rift in Washington regarding the severity of the attack and whom to blame.
