A nation divided - Biden claims he's winning the US presidential election, while Donald Trump threatens to take decisions to the supreme court over what he sees as a "fraud". Biden currently has 238 electors to Trump's 213 but key state ballots remain to be counted. Preliminary results had hardly begun coming in when violent scenes erupted. There have been clashes between protesters and the police in several cities across the US including Washington DC.
