Susie Talevska sued a nursing home and the state of Indiana, arguing that her father’s rights had been violated. The case made it all the way up to the United States Supreme Court. By a vote of 7-2, the Supreme Court ruled that Susie Talevska was right and the Biden Administration was wrong.
