“Russia capable of training Afghan troops”

RT’s military analyst Eugene Khrushchev believes Russia is equally, or even more capable of training Afghan troops, as the US.

“Russia’s role in stabilizing the situation in Afghanistan and Pakistan has been underestimated. But at the recent Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting in Moscow one could see an emerging breakthrough,” Khrushchev said.
